OUR PARTNERS

We work with City & County Councils, Housing Associations and Building Developers to increase Ireland’s supply of high quality housing to accommodate those on housing lists across the country as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

We Start With a Conversation

In order for us to understand local housing needs, we speak with county councils all around the country. It is the relationships we form and open lines of communication that the properties we provide are aligned with specific local needs.

We specialise in sourcing and refurbishing second-hand houses and apartments, as well as new builds, in safe residential neighbourhoods with convenient access to transport, schools and local amenities.

The properties we acquire are let to county councils on long-term leases, providing security for tenants and a place to call home long beyond tomorrow.

HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS

We Are Here to Support

With an increasing number of people on housing waiting lists across the country, Approved Housing Bodies are being put under immense pressure to provide suitable accommodation for individuals and families in need.

We work closely with Housing Associations/AHBs to identify specific needs and can provide the resources and expertise to source, modify and supply suitable long-term housing to accommodate those on waiting lists.

Adding to Ireland’s Social Housing Supply

To fulfil our mission to increase Ireland’s high quality social housing supply, partnerships with building developers are integral to our business.

As well as expertise in property development, we can provide the finance to acquire land and build housing to meet the demands of housing waiting lists.

We can work as a joint venture and make agreements to buy social housing prior to completion.
