We Look Beyond The Now
There is no doubt that the current housing situation in Ireland is bleak.
In November 2019, the Department of Housing reported 10,448 people to be homeless across the country. In the past, homeless people were generally single adults but now a significant number of families have become homeless. According to Focus Ireland, the number of homeless families has increased by over 200% since November 2014 and children account for more than one third of those in emergency accommodation.
While acknowledging the urgency of the situation, our focus is on finding solutions and increasing the supply of social housing as quickly and efficiently as possible through the purchase and refurbishment of vacant properties nationwide as well as investment in new residential properties to house Irish families for years to come.
